Summary: retired medical officer in the Ministry of Health who had been volunteering to help fight the spread of the Ebola virus at a government hospital in the central Tonkolili district and became the seventh doctor to die of Ebola in Sierra Leone that has also killed more than 5,000 people in West Africa, mostly in Liberia, Guinea, and Sierra Leone.
