Summary: Palestinian pensioner who had been hospitalized in critical condition at an intensive care unit for over a month from multiple fractures to his spine and feet suffered in a November 5 car-ramming terror attack that also killed Israeli Border Police officer Jedan Assad and 17-year-old yeshiva student Shalom Aharon Baadani and injured at least more than a dozen other people including three Israeli soldiers when a Palestinian operative deliberately drove a commercial van at high speed into a crowd of pedestrians waiting along the seam-line at the Shimon HaTzadik light rail station in the Arzei HaBira neighborhood of Jerusalem while he was standing at a tram station outside the Old City at the time of the rampage, in which a hospital spokeswoman said Hamid had a heart attack at the scene but was denied treatment and brought to Shaare Zedek hospital in handcuffs in the aftermath of the attack.
