Summary: Russian-born troubled aspiring heavyweight champion boxer and terror suspect who along with his 19-year-old brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev were one of two suspects responsible for their involvement in the April 15 Boston Marathon bombings that killed three people and injured more than 200 others (they were also suspected of murdering MIT police officer Sean Collier in Cambridge three days later) as the brothers are thought by some officials to have been planning future attacks based on a cache of weapons uncovered that included an arsenal of homemade explosives, and who was also the primary suspect in the September 2011 unsolved triple murder of three men in a Waltham apartment but was never charged in that case prior to the terrorist attacks.
