Summary: longtime project manager at North America's leading industrial structural steel fabricator Central Texas Iron Works Inc. in Waco, Texas who along with his elder brother Doug Snokhous were among one of many West, Texas residents reported missing and presumed dead in the April 17 West Fertilizer Company industrial explosion that had severely damaged or destroyed more than 150 nearby buildings and killed at least 15 people including 10 volunteer firefighters as a result from a 10-foot-deep, 96-foot-wide crater across the small farming community while emergency services personnel were responding to a fire at the facility when the blast occurred, in which the cause of the fertilizer plant explosion remained under investigation by the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms federal agency.
