Summary: South Korean pop singer who had made his debut back in 1994 as a member of the short-lived Korean pop music duo Two Two and garnered great popularity during the mid-1990's with the group's hit debut single One and a Half before he joined K-pop star Kim Suk Min in 2000 to form the male duo Duke, but who had been on a prolonged hiatus in 2005 after being arrested for taking ecstasy and smoking marijuana, and also faced the same charges again in 2009.
