Summary: infamous lyricist and songwriter for the 1960's and 1970's ground-breaking hard rock bands Cream and Mountain who had gained infamy in New York in 1983 when she shot and killed her rock star husband Felix Pappalardi in their fifth-floor East Side Manhattan apartment following a tryst with a lover, but who was convicted of criminally negligent homicide and spent two years in prison, then disappeared and lived in a Mexican village as a recluse after her 1985 parole.
