Summary: Texas serial killer and rapist who was convicted of the 1998 murder of decorated Port Arthur, Texas firefighter Willie Ryman III during a six-month crime spree in southeastern Texas, but who had also confessed to at least three rapes, a dozen burglaries, and the murders of four other persons including his brother-in-law Albert Bolden, Jr. before the Texas court system ruled that he was legally competent to be executed, despite scoring below 70 on IQ tests and being previously placed in Texas Department of Criminal Justice's Mentally Retarded Offenders Program.
