Summary: Venezuelan renowned track-and-field athlete who had competed in the sprint events and claimed three medals (two silver and one bronze) at the 1963 Pan American Games held in Sao Paulo, Brazil as part of the Olympic team in Venezuela athletics in the late 1960's and 1970's, with which he also participated at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan where he had made the semi-finals in both the 100 metres and 200 metres relay.
