Greyhound Lines, Inc. landmark case who brought a diversity suit in U.S. District Court to recover from permanent injuries to her spinal cord sustained in the 2001 Greyhound bus accident, which left her a paraplegic and also killed seven other people aboard after a male passenger allegedly slashed the driver's throat with a boxcutter before commandeering the steering wheel causing the bus to crash into oncoming traffic along a state highway near Manchester, Tennessee.
