Summary: Dutch tour guide and schoolteacher of natural education, science and technology at the HBO Student Teacher Training Program for Primary Education (PABO) in Deventer, the Netherlands who was among one of the 16 known fatalities reportedly killed in the April 28 Marrakesh bombing when a suspected suicide bomber detonated a bomb packed with nails inside the popular Argana cafe on Djemma el-Fna Square in downtown Marrakesh Morocco's old quarter and wounded at least 20 other people in the explosion including his 37-year-old wife Nienke Nijhoff, in which the attack was one of the country's deadliest terrorist attack in eight years since 2003 when five simultaneous bombings in Casablanca killed more than 45 people, but no one had immediately claimed responsibility for the bombing since the attack took place.
