Paul Ezra Rhoades
Summary: Idaho serial killer and rapist who was convicted for his role in the 1987 kidnapping and murders of two women and a young man during a three-week murder spree while he was on a near-continuous methamphetamine binge, but who had vigorously appealed his case for many years to challenge Idaho's new execution protocols despite strong protests from the anti-death penalty coalition and became the first death-row inmate to be executed in the state since 1994 when convicted killer Keith Eugene Wells died by lethal injection.
