Summary: former child actor who had appeared in a number of television series and films with recurring roles on Webster, Punky Brewster, Out of This World, and Weird Science as well as the 1984 Star Trek film Star Trek III: The Search for Spock (as a young Spock) and in a minor role in Disney's 1989 live-action comedy film Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, who had also provided the voice of a young Fred Jones for four seasons in the Hanna-Barbera animated series A Pup Named Scooby-Doo before he retired from acting as an adult and became addicted to prescription medications after a tonsillectomy, but who was sentenced to 13 years in prison for armed robbery in 2010.
