co-owner and operator of the local information technology service prodiver One Call Technology, Inc. in Shreveport, Louisiana who was among one of more than 24 people reported missing and feared dead in the deadly June 2010 Arkansas flash floods that swept through a heavily populated campsite at the Albert Pike Recreational Area in the Ouachita National Forest follwing a heavy rainfall along the Little Missouri River in a remote part of southwest Arkansas, in which the flood had caught many campers by surprise while they slept in their tents during the predawn hours and destroyed a number of cabins located within the 100-year flood plain elevation.
