Summary: British notorious serial killer who along with his wife Rosemary West were found guilty for the kidnapping, torture, rape and murder of at least 11 young women and girls including his former girlfriend Catherine "Rena" Costello and 8-year-old stepdaughter Charmaine West at the couple's home in Gloucestershire, England from 1973 to 1979 before the pair were apprehended and charged in 1994.
