Summary: French-American retired flight attendant and flight service manager of Trans World Airlines (TWA) based at Tampa International Airport in Tampa, Florida who was among one of 230 passengers and crew members reported missing and feared dead in the fiery crash of TWA Flight 800 when the ill-fated Boeing 747 jumbo jet mysteriously exploded in mid-air and crashed into the Atlantic Ocean off the southeastern coast of Long Island, New York shortly after takeoff from New York City's John F. Kennedy International Airport while he was flying back to his native France with his mother Claire Gasq to be with her during cataract surgery.
