Summary: electrical engineer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, Virginia who was among one of 230 passengers and crew members reported missing and feared dead in the fiery crash of TWA Flight 800 when the ill-fated Boeing 747 jumbo jet mysteriously exploded in mid-air and crashed into the Atlantic Ocean off the southeastern coast of Long Island, New York shortly after takeoff from New York City's John F. Kennedy International Airport while he was headed for Italy on a mission to improve the information systems of the USS La Salle, a command ship supporting the peacekeeping effort in Bosnia.
