Napoleon pastry

Entry: a French pastry consisting of three layers of puff pastry with two layers of pastry cream in-between. The top of the pastry is usually glazed with icing or dusted with confectioners' sugar.

Etymology: Named after French emperor Napoleon Bonaparte (d. 1821).
